Don Burnham has been a
national speaker for nearly 40 years. He first started
his career as a motivational consultant and speaker
contracted by a variety of government agencies to train
and inspire the economically disadvantaged citizens to
find gainful employment and prosper in life. Don’s
encouraging delivery style produced very positive
results, a high success rate and his speaking and
consultant services were in demand across the nation.
Don traveled the country speaking, teaching, training
and consulting in many areas such as job-getting and
job-keeping skills, life management techniques, career
exploration, wealth building systems in real estate,
stocks, banking, and many other investment and
entrepreneurial areas. Don, through his wide knowledge
base, designed training programs containing manuals,
CD’s and DVD’s. He also has designed countless seminars
ranging from 3 hours to 5 days of instruction and
motivation.
Don’s approach to speaking was total in as much as it
never dealt solely with the
 subject matter, but traveled
into the spiritual, mental, social and emotional areas
of becoming a better person. Now after nearly 40 years
of speaking in corporate, association and public arenas,
Don has a huge following of students who he remains in
contact with, continually offering his wisdom on a

Having become a sought after personality across the
country, Don has become more than
 a speaker and more
than a trainer. He has also become a “you can do it”
mentor and coach on working and living a successful life
for many people across the country. Don has written two
books, The Ten Character C’s of Success and Making the
Big Bucks. He is currently writing his third book
entitled Success Is a Journey.
Don, in 1986, founded The Foundation of Faith, Family
and Friends, a Christian, faith-based organization that
teaches people that they can deal with life’s practical
matters spiritually. The Foundation of Faith, Family and
Friends also strives to help those in need of human
resources, whether it be money, counseling or some other
need, to help people in difficult life situations. When
asked, “Why the Foundation?” Don answered, “It is my way
of giving back.
"Money is not worth earning,
if it is not worth sharing.”
The year 2009 marked
Don’s 40th wedding anniversary with his wife Alice. They
have four grown children and 6 grandchildren. Don and
Alice split their living and working time between
Florida and Costa Rica.
